What we manufacture for you
Whether it’s a single precision part, a complete assembly or a small batch: we turn your drawing into finished parts. We work with the common CAD formats and agree thematerials, tolerances and deadlines with you in advance. On request we build the finished assembly straight from your individual parts. As a contract manufacturer based in Pansdorf, we combine a wide range of machinery with our own measuring equipment and many years’ expertise in specialised mechanical engineering. For you, this means short processes from enquiry to delivery, binding deadlines and parts that fit first time.

Our machinery
The right machine for every job. Our shop covers milling, turning, EDM, grinding and laser cutting all under one roof, with many machines featuring 5-axis or turn-mill technology. Because all processes are carried out in-house, your part does not have to be sent to subcontractors and back again between production stages. This shortens lead times and keeps responsibility in one place.
Laser cutting
ACSYS SHARK CUT FL450: fine cutting of sheet metal from 0.01 to 2 mm
Profile grinding
aba powerLine 1207 and 604, aba PSM 1500 and ELB smartLine BD10, some with an additional rotary and swivel axis for complex profiles
Turning
Okuma Multus B300II: mill-turn centre, turning diameter up to 630 mm
Okuma LB4000 EX II MY and LB3000 EX: turning with driven tools and Y axis, bar capacity up to 80 mm
Voest Alpine E50: turning up to 340 mm diameter
EDM
Agie Charmilles Robofil 440 SLP and Mitsubishi MV2400R: wire EDM, working areas up to 1200 x 720 mm, taper angle up to plus/minus 30 degrees
Mitsubishi Start 43c and EA8: die-sinking EDM for fine contours and internal shapes
Grinding and honing
Surface and cylindrical grinding: Starline 600 E, Schaudt T 31, Kellenberger UR 175/1500 (grinding length up to 1650 mm)
Double-disc and face grinding: Wolters AC800 S and AC700 HAT
Honing: Sunnen SV35 for bores from 20 to 150 mm
Milling
Hurco VMX60SRTi: 5-axis machining (B plus/minus 90 degrees, C 360 degrees), table up to 1680 x 660 mm
Hurco VM10i: compact 3-axis milling machine for smaller parts
OPS 650: HSC machining with an additional A and B axis
Accuracy, measuring technology and documentation
We manufacture to the exact specifications required by your component. We measure every part with our own measuring equipment and document the results on request. Our company is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
It is advisable to discuss the required accuracy in advance. Tolerances that are tighter than necessary increase the cost of a component without improving its performance in the application. If you tell us where the component is fitted and what stresses it must withstand, we will suggest the appropriate design. Where necessary, components are machined in a single set-up on five-axis machines or turn-mill centres, as each change of clamping position is an additional source of error.
