When a customised solution is appropriate
Not every task can be solved with a stock system. We analyseyour existing processes and develop systems that integrate seamlessly into them, replace manual steps and improve cycle times. This is based on your production processes, not a modular system made up of standard components.

Sorting and stacking systems
Systems that reliably sort, align and stack your parts, even with high output volumes and during continuous operation. This ensures a smooth flow of materials, without the need for anyone to re-sort at the end of the line.
Handling systems
Systems that pick up components, position them and pass them on to the next step. Typical examples include tubes and fins from heat exchanger production. However, we can also handle any other parts according to your requirements.
Automatic assembly lines
Assembly lines for any kind of subassembly, including core assembly lines for heat exchangers. They link individual production steps into a continuous process and relieve your staff of the need to carry out the same repetitive tasks time and time again.
Automated production systems
Complete fully or semi-automatic production systems designed according to your requirements. We design them to meet your production volumes and quality targets, from individual modules right through to end-to-end production lines comprising multiple stations.
From design to quality control
Every system goes through the same four stages here. This means you know exactly where you stand at every stage, and end up with a fully tested and calibrated system ready for delivery.
Design
We design and simulate your system. You can see in advance what the end result will look like.
Manufacturing
All parts requiring precision are manufactured in our own production facilities. Short distances between the design department and the machines save time.
Assembly
Assembly in an optimal working environment, accompanied by thorough checks and test runs, before the system is delivered to you.
Quality control
Comprehensive surveying and analysis carried out in collaboration with our customers. Everything we supply has been thoroughly tested beforehand.
Level of automation: fully or semi-automatic
We build both. The appropriate level of automation depends on production volume, cycle time and the investment budget, not on what is technically feasible. A semi-automated solution is often the more cost-effective option, as it eliminates the key bottleneck whilst leaving the rest of the process unchanged. We clarify this issue before providing a quotation.
