From mid-sized suppliers to international manufacturing groups: more than 350 customers worldwide rely on machines and components from Pansdorf. Together with our partner Zeltwanger, we supply our customers with complete production solutions from a single source, made in Germany.
High-precision contract manufacturing
Components and assemblies to your drawings, produced on state-of-the-art milling, turning, EDM and grinding machines. We inspect every part using our own measuring equipment before it leaves our premises.
Automation and customised solutions
Handling, sorting and stacking systems, as well as automated assembly lines for your production. If there isn’t a suitable off-the-shelf solution, we will design and build it in collaboration with our partner Zeltwanger.
Tool sets and production lines
For the heat exchanger industry, we build machines and tool sets for fin and tube production. Our core competence in this field lies in the roll forming of thin-walled materials.
Customer service and spare parts
Our service hotline is available round the clock. We provide support via remote maintenance or on-site, including for existing machines from the Schöler business. Spare parts are mainly sourced from our own production facilities.

Automation, spare parts manufacturing and servicing for operating companies whose plants operate under continuous load. We tailor the materials and design according to your hygiene requirements.
Individual parts and spare parts for racing technology, classic cars and boat repairs, including for private clients. We manufacture to your drawing, even if it’s just a single part.
Production lines, module manufacturing and spare parts for an industry in which every tolerance must be verified. Our in-house metrology team inspects every component before dispatch.
How your order is processed
We receive many enquiries that begin with the phrase ‘I don’t know if you do this sort of thing’. So, here’s a brief overview of what happens following your enquiry.
Contact
Please send us a drawing, a sketch or a short description. If you don’t have anything ready yet, we’ll discuss what it’s all about over the phone.
Quotation
We’ll assess the feasibility, materials and workload, and work out the figures. You’ll receive a quote that leaves no room for confusion about what’s included.
Design, manufacture, assembly: your order progresses through fixed process stages. The final stage is quality control, which involves measuring the finished product.
Production
We deliver on the agreed date. After that we remain available for spare parts, maintenance and via our service hotline, which is staffed round the clock.
Delivery
The route is the same for a single precision part as it is for a complete production line. The only difference is the time taken between the enquiry and delivery.

Two generations of experience
BCT was newly established in 2024; many of our staff have decades of experience in their respective fields and in our business. This background is the source of our expertise, whilst our lean organisation ensures short decision-making processes. Our manufacturing operations are certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
