BCT works in four business areas that are closely interlinked in day-to-day operations: production lines and tool sets for the heat exchanger industry, automation, technical services and high-precision contract manufacturing. High-precision contract manufacturing
Components and assemblies to your drawings, produced on state-of-the-art milling, turning, EDM and grinding machines. We inspect every part using our own measuring equipment before it leaves our premises.
Automation and customised solutions
Handling, sorting and stacking systems, as well as automated assembly lines for your production. If there isn’t a suitable off-the-shelf solution, we will design and build it in collaboration with our partner Zeltwanger.
Tool sets and production lines
For the heat exchanger industry, we build machines and tool sets for fin and tube production. Our core competence in this field lies in the roll forming of thin-walled materials.
Customer service and spare parts
Our service hotline is available round the clock. We provide support via remote maintenance or on-site, including for existing machines from the Schöler business. Spare parts are mainly sourced from our own production facilities.
